
Jennifer is passionate about helping others to manage and cope with the difficulties and roadblocks that life presents. She works with children, teens, adults, couples and families. Her speciality areas are OCD, panic disorder, and disordered eating. Jennifer approaches treatment using evidence-based strategies of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) models of therapy. Professionally, Jennifer has spent a large part of her career working in schools assisting children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, academic and sports performance, school refusal, learning problems, grief and bereavement, and career development. In addition to individual therapy, Jennifer provides group therapy and psycho-educational training on a variety of topics.
