
Jennifer approaches treatment using the evidence-based strategies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has training in Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and exposure therapies for trauma and stress-related disorders. Her mindful and lively approach to therapy emphasizes a nonjudgmental and collaborative empirical relationship. She is an active member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). Jennifer's clinical focus spans the full range of the anxiety spectrum, and she loves treating all manifestations of anxiety, stress, and maladaptive overcontrol. Prior to transitioning to the clinical side of mental health, Jennifer worked for 23 years providing mental health service in an educational setting.
