Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive training and experience treating a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-injury, mood disorders and borderline personality disorder. She is a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician. Other specialties include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Treatment (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Mindfulness Self-Compassion. Kelly embraces Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in her approach with clients. This means using behavioral change strategies to assist individuals in reaching their treatment goals. She also encourages a focus on emotions and how they impact our behavior. Kelly provides a warm, accepting and inclusive therapeutic environment.
